1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Be You Health platform and utilizing our telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Care

• Non-Emergency Only: Our services are for non-emergency menopause management and hormone therapy. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: A formal doctor-patient relationship is only established after you have completed your intake forms and had your initial consultation with one of our licensed providers.

3. Eligibility & Use of Services

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

• Location: Telehealth laws require providers to be licensed in the state/region where the patient is located. You agree to provide your truthful current location at the time of each visit.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials.

4. Telehealth Consent

By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to:

• The use of electronic communications (video, audio, and secure messaging) to provide care.

• The inherent limitations of remote visits (e.g., inability to perform a physical pelvic exam).

• The possibility of technical disruptions that may require rescheduling.

5. Prescriptions and Lab Work

• Clinical Discretion: Our providers prescribe medications (including HRT) only when clinically appropriate. We do not guarantee that a specific medication will be prescribed.

• Lab Requirements: Certain treatments require regular blood work. Failure to complete required labs may result in a pause in your treatment plan.

6. Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

Subscription/Visit Fees Due at the time of booking or on the monthly billing date.

Cancellations Must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.

Refunds Generally not provided for clinical consultations already rendered.

All payments, refunds, and contracts will be clearly outlined after booking

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading medical history.

• Record video consultations without the express written consent of the provider.

• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the patient portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be You Health and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
