About
Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
I’m a physician by training, a women’s health advocate by necessity, and a translator between the medical system and the women it was never built to fully understand.
Then I woke up one day and didn’t recognize myself anymore. I was standing in the middle of my life thinking what the actual hell just happened to me.
I refused to let that be the end of the story.
Then a friend sent me a podcast on perimenopause and said, “I think you should listen to this.” It was a lightbulb moment, followed quickly by no way.
I had been trained in medicine, and I knew what I had been taught about hormones.
So I started reading. I read the books, the research, and the studies.
I started asking peers and specialists what they knew, and I kept hearing versions of the same answer: “you have a stressful job, you are too young, we do not have time for this conversation.”
But I could not unsee what I was learning.
If I, a family medicine physician and health-system executive with access, financial security, and the ability to evaluate the research, had to spend nearly two years figuring this out on my own, what were other women supposed to do?
I thought, this is unacceptable.
Not just for me, but for every woman who has spent her entire career rising to every challenge she’s faced and is now being told to manage her way through the most disorienting season of her life.
So I got certified through The Menopause Society.
I took every continuing-education opportunity I could.
I built the practice I needed and could not find but I will not hand you a verdict on what comes next.
That is YOURS to decide.
What I will do is help you see things in yourself that you may not be able to see yet and I will make sure you have everything you need to step into whatever chapter you choose.
You are not finished, and you are the one who decides what that means.
